Hello everyone! My name is Michael Cabana and I’m the director/producer of San José Is Not For Sale: A Community Project. I’m born and raised in San José, CA, and my mission is to empower our underrepresented communities through SJNFS and The FIRM Podcast, where I sit with San José BIPOC entrepreneurs and creatives to share their come-up stories. We have an incredible amount of talented BIPOC in our city and I wanted to film a documentary highlighting these prolific folks. I’m working with an amazing team of San José creatives and filmmakers to create this documentary.
San José Is Not For Sale: A Community Project is currently in the production process but for the film to reach our vision, we must raise additional funds for production and post-production. To make this possible, we need you, our community.
